We had the absolute pleasure of renting a home managed by Rebecca, and I can honestly say it was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable rental experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, she was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful.
She always communicated in a timely manner, whether it was about maintenance, lease questions, or just general check-ins. She even answered when she was on vacation!!! Any time an issue arose, it was addressed quickly and efficiently with genuine care and professionalism.

we’ve had the pleasure of renting from rebecca for the last 2 years now and i have endless kind things to say about her. she has always been on top of annual fire inspections and the location is great with wonderful neighbours and close to many things. although the apartment itself may seem small from pictures or the outside, it has a massive bedroom, bathroom, and long walk in closet great for storage usage as well!

Rebecca was absolutely wonderful. She is an excellent property manager and was always quick to reply to us and even quicker to fix any problems we encountered. She is incredibly professional but also personable and kind. We could not have asked for a better experience as renters!

My girlfriend and I just started renting through R4 Management and it has been a great experience. Right from the start Rebecca has been wonderful to deal with, professional, friendly, accommodating, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. She mentioned some improvements they were considering for the apartment during the showing and within a week they were fully completed and more. Very excited to start our time in our new apartment.
